Drawing inspiration from her ancestral bloodline, the Malyangapa people of Mutawintji country in Australia, Tanya has incorporated their way of life into her approach. Coming back to simplicity, utilizing the 3 fundamental ingredients to life - Mind, Body, Soul as the planks to build your own solid foundations, a platform to build upon.

As a qualified counselor, Tanya has drawn from her diverse professional background to create a unique set of tools, ideas, and insights that can help participants reflect, review their weekly plan, and implement tiny changes to their daily routine. The workshop emphasizes the importance of simplicity and purpose, encouraging participants to become their own "glow worm" and cultivate a holistic approach to life.

Through this workshop, Tanya hopes to empower participants to become the best version of themselves, which she believes is the greatest gift we can truly give to others. By intentionally cultivating a life of simplicity, purpose, and healing, we can bring about meaningful change in ourselves and, ultimately, the world.

How do we get started?

A complimentary phone consultation will then be scheduled to discuss compatibility with workshop.

Following this consultation, a deposit will be required to confirm your reservation, considering our limited capacity to host small groups of up to 8 individuals.

Subsequently, an intake form will be shared with you to commence the process and secure a place on our waiting list.

Upon completion of the intake forms, please return them promptly via email.
